1. You may to create many accounts as you want under different username (it does not let you to send more emails daily by using more than one Anonymail Pro program, each one for different account), and you may to use only one program at the same time.

2. No matter what country you live in, you are expected to understand and follow the laws for sending commercial bulk email.

Currently, in the United States there are some states that have very astringent laws on how commercial bulk email must be sent. Of particular note are the states of Washington, California, and Virginia.

3. When using Anonymail Pro, we expect that the user has researched and complied with the laws for his area, such as providing your recipients a way to be removed from your mailing list, using a valid from address when you begin your mailing, as well as any other regulations that may be in place.

4. Please remember that Anonymail Pro or Nettrafic Inc. does not condone the use of its software and services to promote products or services which are strictly against the law and any user found using Anonymail Pro software in such a manner will be immediately terminated.

5. Anonymail Pro and/or Nettrafic, Inc. have the right to cancel any email account if more than 50% of the emails the user sends (free and paid users) are not valid and not exists, and in such a manner the account will be immediately terminated without any notice and withoiut any refound of money to the paid users.

6. Anonymail Pro and/or Nettrafic Inc. will not be responsible to any kind of expense or damage of any kind to the user by his/her activity with this software.
